78 Million Drams Allocated to 'My Step', 5 Million Drams to Republican Party, 9 Million Drams to Prosperous Armenia

State budget funds will be allocated to political parties. The political forces that received 3 percent or more of the votes in the 2018 National Assembly elections will continue their party activities at the expense of taxpayers.

In this way, the ruling 'My Step' alliance will receive 78 million drams from the state, the Republican Party will get 5.2 million drams, Prosperous Armenia will receive 9.1 million drams, the Bright Armenia will obtain 7 million drams, and the Dashnaktsutyun will receive 4.3 million drams. The total amount comes to 103.7 million drams.

Providing financial support to political forces from state funds is enshrined in the constitutional law on 'Political Parties.'
