Several Options to Ensure the Security and Physical Existence of Artsakh, Says T. Hakobyan

Journalist Tatoul Hakobyan stated on his Facebook page: "There are several options to ensure the security and physical existence of Artsakh:
First, Russian peacekeepers do not leave and stay for 5 years, 50 years…
Second, Armenia strengthens so much that it is capable of ensuring the security of Artsakh, as it did from 1991 until 2020, for about 30 years.
Third, Yerevan and Baku find a solution whereby Artsakh does not belong to either Armenia or Azerbaijan, but is also not independent. Let’s call it de facto independence, but legally not part of Azerbaijan." This was included in my column on CivilNet today in the commentary.
