Robert Kocharyan Heads to Moscow: Purpose of Visit Revealed
The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, is heading to Moscow. This information was confirmed to NEWS.am by the office of the second president.
It is noteworthy that Kocharyan is traveling to Moscow to participate in a meeting of the board of directors of 'Systema'. Earlier, we reported that the court has allowed Robert Kocharyan to leave Armenia from February 3 to February 8.
