The Greatest and Final Defeat for Armenia Will Be the Depopulation of the Country: Anna Grigoryan
Independent MP of the National Assembly of Armenia, Anna Grigoryan writes:
"The greatest and final defeat for Armenia will be the depopulation of the country. In the post-war complex period, under the conditions of economic and political crisis, every Armenian must find the strength within themselves to make one of the most important decisions of their lives: to not leave the country. Better yet, to decide to return to the homeland.
The reasons for leaving are, of course, numerous, often objective. The negative information flow today adds to our economic problems the fear and uncertainty about the future that we must overcome. We must not allow the feeling of losing our homeland to ultimately lead to its actual loss.
Staying in Armenia and putting our multiplied efforts into the country's flourishing is a crucial step we must take today. Armenia will definitely survive, it will recover, heal its wounds, and will enter a new life. For the sake of that new life, we must spare no effort.
If today we have a choice to leave the country or not, we are obliged to choose NOT TO LEAVE."
