Honestly, there are things I don't understand either. Artur Hovhannisyan on the fall of Shushi
“I don’t know, honestly, there are things I don’t understand either,” stated Artur Hovhannisyan during a conversation with journalists, discussing how it was possible to enter Shushi.
“I would advise to look at the situation a bit soberly. I understand that we are all currently driven by emotions. There needs to be an investigation. I try to study the war every day, I collect information every day to understand the things that are very unclear to me, which I didn’t understand during the war, or the information I received from the troops came with certain mistakes, shortcomings, or contradictions. I also can’t manage to fully understand certain things, including those related to Shushi.
By the way, regarding the information part, I must say that I have exclusively received it from the Ministry of Defense and the Operational Command of the General Staff,” he said.
