Citizens Left Stranded at Zvartnots Airport After Flight Miscommunication

Citizens heading to the Russian Federation have been left stranded at Zvartnots Airport. Their flight was supposed to depart at 20:00, but they were informed at the airport that the plane had already left at 11:00.

“We arrived with seven people at 18:00 for registration, but were told that the plane left at 11:00. Now no one is responding to our questions. What should we do? We all have tickets confirming our flight time at 20:00,” said one of the passengers.

Passengers express dissatisfaction that they received no information regarding this issue. “Our tickets will expire tomorrow, and the test results are also tied to that. We tried to contact the airline, but they were closed at 18:00. We keep calling, but no one answers. The hotline told us to wait,” another passenger explained.
