Putin Calls for Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh; Marukyan Criticizes Government Inaction
Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, stated on his Facebook page: 'It has been more than two months since the 'Enlightened Armenia' party published a roadmap to exit the crisis, which included, among other things, the proposal to convene an international donor conference to collect humanitarian aid. During this time, the government has not taken any steps in this direction, nor has it achieved any results. And now we learn that Russian President Vladimir Putin is calling on the international community at the Davos Economic Forum to provide humanitarian assistance to Artsakh.'
