For Me, Everyone is an Ally If They Stand Against Nikol: Mikayel Minasyan

The former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican, Mikayel Minasyan, has made a new post on his Telegram channel regarding the internal political situation in Armenia. Below is the text of his post.

“I am often asked how I relate to this or that political figure. I respond that for me, everyone is equal and they are all allies if they stand against Nikol. I am also periodically asked about my attitude towards any political event, whether it is a sit-in, a rally, or a round table. I answer: I am with everyone and everyone’s side, as long as they are against Nikol.

I also frequently receive questions about various and often contradictory opinions regarding Nikol's opponents concerning me personally. I respond: No matter what these people say about me, and however they have acted in the past, they are still better than Nikol. Please do not ask such questions anymore.

I am with everyone who is fighting against Nikol, who does not engage with him in games, and who does not legitimize him, who does not make deals and does not sell out. I am ready to forgive everything to those who stand against Nikol, from past actions and grievances to the gossip and insults directed at me.

The current government has forced all patriots to become staunch opposition regardless of their political beliefs. I am confident that once we remove the traitor from his chair, you will have time to debate the disagreements. However, until then, our task is clear: to neutralize the influence of all those who would hinder us from defending our Homeland.”
