Decision on the remand of Vahan Badasyan to be published today

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Manvel Shahverdyan, has retreated to the deliberation room to decide on the investigator's request regarding the remand of former Artsakh National Assembly member and freedom fighter Vahan Badasyan.

This information was reported by lawyer Arayik Papikyan. The court's decision will be published today at 23:30.

Recall that yesterday, the National Security Service (NSS) detained and subsequently arrested Vahan Badasyan for statements made at the Yerablur Military Pantheon. He stated that Nikol Pashinyan has destroyed the army and must be removed not only as a symbol of defeat but also as an enemy: “There are various ways to remove him, including physical removal. This implies that we must eliminate the enemy, even by the force of arms,” said Vahan Badasyan.
