Arsen Torosyan Promised to Deliver DVD Discs for Levon Ter-Petrosyan in 2008, Gevorg Grigoryan Says

The healthcare system continues to be managed by the "cadres" of the first president of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan. This opinion is asserted by healthcare organizer, doctor Gevorg Grigoryan, even after the dismissal of Arsen Torosyan.

- It has long been known that Arsen Torosyan is a cadre of Levon Ter-Petrosyan. He himself promised that in 2008 he was delivering DVD discs for Levon Ter-Petrosyan. In that spirit, he has continued his "political activity" by becoming a minister and so on. As for the new minister, Anahit Avanesyan, she worked with Arsen Torosyan for almost three years. Therefore, she will continue his policy.

Moreover, when this young woman became minister, certain facts emerged that her mother had very close relations with Levon Ter-Petrosyan; common pictures and programs appeared online. After that, it became clear that the new health minister's husband is one of the preachers of the "Rema" sect. That is to say, our healthcare system has stepped out from the guise of atheism into the realm of a sectarian. The fact that a patient has no religious belief is, for us as practical doctors, an axiom, but it is another axiom that a person who lacks the internal frameworks provided by faith and their own conscience considers human life to be insignificant, which was reflected in the failure to combat the coronavirus. We saw that human life had no significant meaning for the current regime," the newspaper writes.
