Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister and French Foreign Ministry Secretary Discuss Situation in Artsakh

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, the Secretary of State at the French Foreign Ministry, discussed the implementation of the trilateral ceasefire statement signed by the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020, during bilateral talks held in Baku, TASS reports.

“The parties discussed the current regional situation, as well as issues related to the implementation of the provisions of the statements signed by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on November 9 and January 11,” stated the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s press release.

It was also reported that Jeyhun Bayramov informed the French delegation of Baku's position on establishing peace and new cooperation opportunities in the region, and bilateral agenda issues were also discussed.
