Car Crashes into Electric Post: 5 Passengers Injured, One Trapped Inside Vehicle

On January 26, at 03:12 AM, the Lori Regional Crisis Management Center received a report about a traffic accident near one of the houses on Halabyan Street in Vanadzor, with casualties involved.

A firefighting and rescue team from the emergency situations ministry was dispatched to the site. It was determined that a 'Kia Sportage' vehicle had veered off the roadway and collided with an electric post. Five passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries, and one passenger was trapped inside the vehicle.

The rescuers disabled the vehicle's power supply, extricated the trapped passenger, and transferred them to an ambulance. The injured individuals were then hospitalized at the Vanadzor Medical Center.
