Support Packages to be Distributed to 1000 Families Starting Tomorrow

The European Union's Ambassador to Armenia, Andrea Victorin, visited the storage of the Armenian General Benevolent Union today, where packages for families affected by the recent conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh are being prepared for distribution.

Starting tomorrow, support packages will be distributed to a total of 1000 families, selected in collaboration with regional authorities from Yerevan, Kotayk, Gegharkunik, and Syunik regions. Each family will receive a month's worth of food and hygiene supplies.

During the visit, the ambassador expressed gratitude to the AGBU and volunteers for their work under the program. The program titled 'Emergency Assistance for Families Displaced from Artsakh' is funded by the European Union and implemented by AGBU. It is one of our four ongoing programs aimed at providing support to the displaced population due to the recent conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.
