Question Raised in PACE Regarding Release of Armenian Prisoners of War

Armenian MP Edmond Marukyan posted on his Facebook page that during the discussions held this morning in the political groups and plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), as a result of our efforts, the leaders of two political groups, Alexander Pochaye (European People's Party) and Jacques Mer (Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe), raised the issue of releasing Armenian prisoners of war held in Azerbaijan before the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
