Video: Relatives Will Publish Evidence If They Want, There Are Individuals Who Drove Kutoyan to Suicide
A request has been submitted to the prosecuting authority to refrain from publishing information regarding the case of the former director of the NSS, Gevorg Kutoyan, as stated by Arthur Melikyan, the Deputy Head of the Investigative Committee of Armenia and the head of the Division for the Investigation of Particularly Important Cases, during a conversation with journalists.
He noted that the investigation has not been closed. “We do not have suspects or defendants. The preliminary investigation is ongoing, and all operational and investigative measures and examinations have been fully carried out. A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of incitement to suicide, and there have been no grounds for qualifying the case under any other articles,” he informed.
It is reminded that the body of Gevorg Kutoyan was found in one of the apartments on Paruir Sevak Street in Yerevan. A criminal case has been opened regarding his death under the article of inciting suicide.
