Russian Armed Forces Confirm Azerbaijan Used Banned Munitions
The Russian Armed Forces have confirmed the use of banned cluster munitions by Azerbaijan. Russian sappers, during demining operations in Stepanakert, discovered the internationally prohibited М-85 cluster munitions.
This was reported by Yuri Staviitski, the head of the engineering troops of the Russian Armed Forces, in an interview with Rossiskaya Gazeta.
