Armenian Ambassador Discusses New Trends in Economic Relations with Senior Iranian Official
On January 19, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Armenia to Iran, Artashes Tumanyan, met with Seyed Rasul Mohajer, the Deputy Minister for Economic Diplomacy at the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This information has been reported by the Armenian Embassy in Iran.
During the meeting, the Armenian ambassador presented the current state of Armenia-Iran economic relations to his counterpart. In particular, issues related to infrastructure projects, trade, and investments were discussed.
The parties examined the new trends, challenges, and opportunities for the development of bilateral and multilateral economic relations in the context of the realities created following the Artsakh war.
Deputy Minister Mohajer expressed the readiness of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the implementation of Armenia-Iran economic projects and initiatives, as stated in the embassy's report.
