We Have Nothing Left to Lose, We Will Move Forward with Every Step: Parent of a Missing Person to Andranik Kocharyan
"You should have stood up and said: stop the war, on the 5th day we had no air defense! Not to mention Artsrun, just to state that we aren’t discussing what has gone back for us, or what has gone forward. We are being disarmed, sent back to Armenia, being told that Hadrut is not ours... We are parents, we have nothing left to lose. We will move forward with every step. All those from 'My Step' who decided the future of our children and the war should come here. Let them walk with me through the mountains and valleys, collect the bodies of the soldiers, and then come and sit down so I can see how they eat their bread," said the parent of a missing soldier.
The parent of the missing person also questions Kocharyan as to why he did not participate in the war, to which Kocharyan responds that it was his son who fought.
"It is not right, the homeland does not belong only to our sons, it belongs to all of us," he states.
It should be noted that on January 15, in Stepanakert, Andranik Kocharyan, a deputy from the 'My Step' faction, met for the first time with the parents of missing soldiers.
