Temperature Reaches +20 in Kapan and Stepanakert, +18 in Ijevan: Surenyans' Weather Update

The head of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, Gagik Surenyans, posted on his Facebook page informing that as of 1:00 PM, the temperature is +20 degrees in Kapan and Stepanakert, +18 in Ijevan, and +17 in Meghri and Areni.

The temperature has also risen in Yerevan, the Ararat Plain, and its foothill zone, reaching +5 to +9 degrees. According to Surenyans, there are expectations of precipitation in some regions this evening. On January 15, significant precipitation is anticipated in the majority of areas; however, no decrease in temperature is forecasted for the next four days.
