Citizens Can Obtain Necessary Documents More Easily: Bill Presented in Parliament
During a meeting of the Permanent Commission on State and Legal Issues, Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan presented a draft law on the "Legalization of Official Documents of the Republic of Armenia with Apostille." If approved, citizens will be able to obtain necessary documents more easily.
This means citizens will not be redirected from one state body to another; they can approach a single location and quickly receive high-quality services. "With this draft, we have established that the Justice Ministry will provide the apostille for all documents. However, through discussions with our colleagues, we have determined that one document, which pertains to the certificate of non-conviction, will be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure the convenience of citizens once again," the deputy minister noted.
