Armenians and Azerbaijanis Should Live Together in Artsakh Without Peacekeepers and Observers: Details from Erdogan-Putin Phone Call
Turkey will contribute to stability and peace in Artsakh. This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the conversation, issues related to the events in Artsakh were discussed, as well as the Russian-Turkish center that is supposed to monitor the ceasefire regime.
Erdogan also emphasized that Russia and Turkey aim to create conditions that will allow Armenians and Azerbaijanis to live together in Artsakh without peacekeepers and observation missions.
