The Moscow meeting can be regarded as a significant diplomatic achievement, but this is akin to deeming the war a major military success. This was stated by international analyst Suren Sargsyan on his Facebook page.
“In both cases, we have not gained anything; we have only surrendered and lost. We have lost not only half of our homeland but also hope, future, statehood, subjectivity, and authority. The rest is nonsense,” he added.
