Turks Assault Armenian in Russia: Community Rallies

In Astrakhan, Turks assaulted an Armenian man who is currently in a recovery unit. According to Analitik.am, the incident took place in one of the cafes where several Armenians were present alongside a group of Turks. At some point, a dispute arose, during which the Turks attacked the Armenian in a group and subjected him to brutal beatings.

The local Armenian community is already addressing the issue and has reached out to law enforcement agencies. The Turks reportedly offered money to keep the matter quiet, but the Armenians refused.

Currently, three individuals have been arrested. The Armenian community is keen on ensuring that the situation is resolved through legal channels. Notably, one of the wealthier Armenians in the area added to the sum offered by the Turks and returned it, stating that this money is unnecessary and that the culprits should be held accountable under the law.
