School Has Authority to Set Class Start Times: Zhanna Andreasian

Schools have the authority to set the starting times for classes. This was stated by Zhanna Andreasian, the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia, in a post on her Facebook page.

"Therefore, questions regarding this matter can be discussed and decided at the school level, taking into account the interests of students, teachers, and other participants in the process," she wrote.
