Nzhdeh Hovsepyan has been appointed as the press secretary to Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan. This decision was announced on the official website of the government.

“In accordance with Article 9, Part 14 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Nzhdeh Hovsepyan has been appointed as the press secretary to Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan,” the decision states.
