Parents of Fallen and Missing Soldiers Summoned by Armenian Investigative Committee
The parents of soldiers who fell during the 44-day Artsakh war and those who are missing have been summoned to the Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia for essential investigative actions. Rima Eganian, head of the Information and Public Relations Division of the Investigative Committee, stated this in an interview with Armenpress.
“Due to the criminal cases being investigated regarding the failures of military personnel during the wartime inactivity or negligence in service, the parents of fallen and missing soldiers were summoned today to the Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee to conduct necessary investigative actions,” Eganian said.
Parents of soldiers who were killed in the Artsakh war have held a protest near the Military Investigative Department, demanding that investigators examine the criminal cases related to the military personnel as soon as possible.
