MP Sisak Gabrielian Recognized as Victim in Incident Outside National Assembly
On December 28, 2020, MP Sisak Gabrielian from the ruling "My Step" faction has been recognized as a victim in the case related to the incident that occurred outside the National Assembly. This information was confirmed to NEWS.am by the Special Investigative Service.
The Special Investigative Service announced that charges have been brought against one individual under Article 258, Part 3, Clause 1 of the Armenian Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of individuals or an organized group).
The investigation is ongoing. It is recalled that during a protest action outside the National Assembly, there was a clash between the protesters and MP Sisak Gabrielian, who allegedly struck one of the protesters with his fists, leading to mutual insults being exchanged.
