Death Toll of Red Cross Staff in Aden Airport Attack Rises to 3
The death toll of international committee staff from the Red Cross in the Yemen Aden International Airport attack has reached 3. This was reported by RT, citing a tweet from the organization.
“The ICRC is deeply saddened that today our three colleagues are among the victims of the explosion at Aden Airport,” the statement reads.
Earlier, it was reported that one staff member of the organization had died. Recall that multiple explosions occurred at Aden Airport as members of the country’s new government were disembarking from a newly landed plane. There are no reports of injuries or fatalities among them.
