28 People Killed in Terrorist Attack in Syria

A terrorist attack has occurred against a passenger bus in Syria, resulting in the deaths of 28 civilians and injuring another 13.

According to РИА Новости, citing Syria's state news agency SANA, the attack took place on the Deir ez-Zor-Palmyra highway, in the vicinity of the Kabajeb settlement.

Armed conflicts and terrorist activities in Syria have been ongoing since 2011. In late 2017, a declaration was made regarding the victory over the Islamic State terrorist group in Syria and Iraq. Operations aimed at eliminating terrorists continue in certain regions.
