My dear Armenian friends and colleagues, over the past year—from the pandemic to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict—there were many challenges, difficulties, and losses, stated U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy.
“During this festive season, many families will have empty places at their tables... We hope that these families will find solace and peace. As we look forward to 2021, we also hope that the New Year will bring more favorable days.
The Armenian people are resilient, and I am confident that bright prospects and opportunities lie ahead. May this New Year be a year of peace and health for all,” said Lynne Tracy in a statement published on the U.S. Embassy's Facebook page.
