4 Armenian Prisoners Returned to Armenia with Mediation of Russia and ICRC

Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan stated on his Facebook page, "Dear compatriots, with the mediation of the Russian Federation and the International Committee of the Red Cross, today 4 Armenian prisoners have returned to Armenia. The relatives have already been informed about their return, and the prisoners are now under the supervision of doctors and will receive the necessary medical and psychological support. The process of exchanging prisoners will continue."
