Second Cargo Plane Arrives in Armenia from Belgium with Nearly $500,000 Worth of Supplies
On the previous day, the second plane arrived in Armenia from Belgium as part of the United Nations World Food Programme. The delivery to Armenia included personal protective equipment for combating COVID-19, medical nutrition, anesthesia machines, wheelchairs, orthopedic devices, clothing, shoes, sleeping bags, and more.
The cargo, valued at nearly $500,000, was procured through the funds of the Armenian General Benevolent Union.
