Armenian Soldier Killed During French Military Operation in Mali

An Armenian soldier, Dorian Isakhanyan, has been killed during a French military operation in Mali. According to Armenpress, the Armenian ambassador to France, Hasmik Tolmajyan, issued a condolence message regarding this incident.
“My respects and condolences to the families of the fallen Dorian Isakhanyan, Thani Mauri, and Quentin Pauché,” Tolmajyan wrote.
Three members of the French armed forces were killed on December 29 during a military operation against terrorists in Mali when their armored vehicle struck an improvised explosive device.
