22 More Soldiers' Remains Discovered

During search operations in the areas from Fizuli to Hadrut, as well as from Kubatlu to Khndzoresk, the remains of an additional 22 fallen soldiers have been found. This information was confirmed by Hunan Tadevosyan, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service, in a conversation with Armenpress.

“The total number of remains found during the search operations has reached 1,133. Today, one search group is working in the Fizuli direction. On December 28, the Azerbaijani side did not allow searches to be conducted in the Hadrut area. The following day, we managed to negotiate and continue the work. Similar incidents have occurred in different sections,” Tadevosyan explained.

Currently, the state of martial law in Artsakh remains in effect, so we are preparing to continue our work in an emergency mode over the coming days. However, the continuation of the search and rescue operations during the New Year's holiday period is contingent upon the results of negotiations with the Azerbaijani side,” Tadevosyan clarified.
