Director of Artsakh Emergency Situations Department Awards Russian EMERCOM Employees

The Director of the State Emergency Service, Major General Karen Sargsyan, has awarded a group of employees from the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Recovery of the Russian Federation on the occasion of their professional holiday. This was reported by the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service.

Colonel Samvel Petrosyan, the First Deputy Director of the Emergency Service, congratulated his Russian counterparts in the Ivanyan community of the Askeran region and presented them with the awards following the order of Karen Sargsyan.

General-Lieutenant Igor Kutrovsky, Director of the Department of Rescue Formations, was awarded the “Noy Cross of Glory” medal by the Emergency Service. Additionally, medals “For Cooperation in Rescue” were awarded to: Colonel Vadim Garshin, Senior Warrant Officer Dmitry Kvorcov, Sergeant Evgeny Sopilnyak, Senior Sergeant Khamsa Khambabaev, Sergeant Alexander Chernovolenko, and Junior Sergeant Alexander Shopavalov.
