Anna Hakobyan Visits the Family of Fallen Hero Vazgen Hovhannisyan with Lena Nazaryan

Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan and I visited the family of Vazgen Hovhannisyan, who perished in the war, in the village of Marmarashen, Ararat region. This was reported by Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, on her Facebook page.

“Vazgen is a father of four sons. And despite the fact that this circumstance exempted him from the 'obligation' to participate in the war, in response to his wife Emma's pleas, he said, 'How can I stay home while the boys from the village are fighting out there and dying?'

It is very difficult for Vazgen's sons to come to terms with their father's absence, but they will eventually understand their father's decision, bravery, and heroism, and they will be proud of their dad,” wrote Anna Hakobyan.
