485 New COVID-19 Cases Registered in Armenia

As of December 27, Armenia has confirmed 485 new cases of coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 157,834.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, 16 citizens have died from COVID-19 in the past day, increasing the total death toll to 2,768.

In the last 24 hours, there were also 2 cases of death among patients infected with coronavirus who died from other illnesses. As of December 27, the number of such death cases stands at 673.

In total, 18 people died in one day, bringing the total number of deaths to 3,441.

In the last day, 854 individuals have recovered, with the total number of recoveries reaching 139,113. The number of patients currently undergoing treatment is 15,280, which has increased by 41 in one day.

A total of 2,258 tests were conducted in the last day, making the overall number of tests conducted to date 583,644.
