No Asphalt Work Being Done by Adversary Near Kapan Airport, Mayor Says

No asphalt work is currently being conducted in the area adjacent to Kapan Airport, which is under Azerbaijani control. This was stated by Kapan Mayor Gevorg Parsyan during a working discussion organized by the ‘Prosperous Armenia’ parliamentary faction, refuting circulating rumors.

He noted that the adversary has only brought in equipment for leveling the road. “We have created numerous obstacles to prevent them from approaching the settlement known as Akhkend, which is very close to Kapan,” said Parsyan.
