Launching a Complaints and Applications Collection System in Artsakh – Mane Tandilyan
As part of post-war support programs, we have adopted an individual approach in our work with you. This effort has allowed us to develop a system where we have identified frequently recurring cases and formulated solutions for them. The issues are both technical and substantive, thus we are working intensively with all involved departments. This was stated by Mane Tandilyan, the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs, and Migration of Artsakh, on her Facebook page.
“Therefore, in order to provide a more prompt and organized solution to all questions that arise for you, we are launching a complaints and applications collection system for each program. We will categorize these applications according to the relevant departments, clarify them, and inform you of the results through a brief message. If you encounter any issues while completing the complaint-application forms, our ministry staff are ready to assist you in the same manner we have supported you in submitting your primary applications.
Dear people of Artsakh, I kindly ask you to cooperate with us, armed with tolerance and patience, so that we can find solutions to problems that may sometimes seem impossible. This requires persistent and diligent work, which our staff are carrying out selflessly and intensively.”
