702 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Armenia, 26 Deaths Reported

As of 11:00 AM on December 24, Armenia has registered 702 new cases of coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 156,142. This information is provided by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

The total number of tests conducted stands at 575,910, with 2,743 new tests carried out in the past day. Currently, 15,999 patients are undergoing treatment, which marks a decrease of 452 from the previous day.

According to the latest data, 136,766 individuals have recovered, including 1,128 recoveries in the last 24 hours. In the past day, 23 citizens died due to complications from the coronavirus, raising the total deaths to 2,714. Additionally, the previous day recorded 3 deaths where the patients had tested positive for the virus, but the actual cause of death was another illness. The total number of such cases is 663.
