We Lost All Territories and Property Due to the Criminal Inaction of Officials
If a few thousand police officers who are currently busy protecting the Prime Minister from the public had been urgently sent to Syunik in time, before our armed forces' border guarding units were transitioned to protect the country's borders (a change that, by the way, has not yet been made), we would not have had to cede so many strategically, internationally, and nationally significant roads, lands, important mineral resources, heights, pastures, and even schools and homes to the enemy, only because the state left our villagers alone against armed Turks.
This was stated by the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Anushavan Danielyan, on his Facebook page. All these territories and properties were lost due to the ARROGANT inaction of irresponsible officials. In other words, due to criminal inaction, Armenia has suffered territorial and property losses, and the relevant authorities have not yet initiated criminal proceedings against those responsible, starting from the President and the Prime Minister, who are the guarantors of the Constitution and the country's territorial integrity, down to the Minister of Defense, the Chief of General Staff, and the commander of the border guarding units.
In contrast, cases have been initiated, and individuals (the mayors of Goris, Kajaran, and Sisian) who are commanders of volunteer units and have taken on the responsibility of protecting the state's border from the enemy under the inaction of state institutions have been detained. It is noteworthy that failing to initiate a case in the presence of obvious criminality is also a punishable act under the relevant article of the criminal code concerning criminal inaction.
