No Restrictions for Those Seeking to Leave Artsakh for Armenia: Artsakh Police
The Artsakh Police have issued a statement regarding the material published on December 22, titled “Artsakh Police Passport and Visa Department Notice.”
“The material states who can apply to the Artsakh Police Passport and Visa Department to have their passport validated for foreign countries. We would like to add that there are no restrictions for individuals wishing to travel from the Republic of Artsakh to the Republic of Armenia,” the statement said.
