I Have Addressed the Issue of Prisoners to My European Colleagues, Today I Received a Response: Hovhannisyan

Former Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan wrote on her Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, as I informed you, I have addressed my European colleagues regarding the issue of prisoners. During this time, I have regularly informed them about the developments, including the fact that we have new prisoners even after the ceasefire on November 9.

Today, I received a response letter from the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, in which he emphasized his and the Council of Europe's readiness to address the consequences of the humanitarian disaster.
