Families of Fallen Armenians and Displaced Persons Exempt from State Duty Payments

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh has announced that, considering the situation created in the country as a result of the military actions that began on September 27, 2020, according to the decision No. 675-N of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh dated December 17, 2020, from now until December 31, 2021, the family members of those killed and permanently displaced persons from their place of residence will be exempt from making state duty payments for notarial actions and the registration of civil status acts.

Additionally, according to decision No. 676-N of December 17, 2020, family members of the fallen and permanently displaced persons will also be exempt from payment for services rendered by notaries as established by the Government of Artsakh's decision No. 662-N dated September 18, 2012, until December 31, 2021.

Furthermore, the decision No. 677-N of December 17, 2020, has recognized as void the provision of the Government of Artsakh’s decision No. 608-N from 2013, which mandated the collection of fees for the state registration of legal entities and for the registration of civil status acts.
