Search Operations Resulted in Discovery of Two Armenian Citizens on December 21: Konashenkov

The representative of the Russian peacekeeping forces, General Konashenkov, has held another briefing. He informed about the activities taking place in the areas under the control of peacekeepers. Konashenkov specifically stated that, as a result of joint search operations, two Armenian citizens who had previously been considered missing were found. They have been handed over to the Armenian side.

“On December 21, a joint group searching for missing servicemen in the Hadrut region discovered two Armenian citizens. According to the Azerbaijani side, which is also participating in the work of this group, the citizens have been transferred to the administration of Nagorno-Karabakh,” said Konashenkov.
