Documents Concerning Sale of Artsakh Regions for $5 Billion Attached to the Case of Movses Hakobyan
The materials related to the publications about the sale of Artsakh regions for $5 billion have been received from the Prosecutor General's Office and attached to the criminal case initiated by the Special Investigation Service for the abuse of official powers, reported the Special Investigation Service to “Lurer.” This criminal case was initiated based on the materials prepared for the press conference of Movses Hakobyan, the former head of the Ministry of Defense's Military Supervisory Service.
It is noteworthy that the former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican, Mikayel Minasyan, wrote on Facebook that in October 2018, Arthur Vanetsyan, then the head of the National Security Service, met with the head of Azerbaijan's special services in Dubai and handed over a sealed envelope containing a proposal to the Prime Minister of Armenia to hand over the seven regions adjacent to Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan in exchange for $5 billion.
