Pedestrian Accident on Spitak-Yerevan Highway: 1 Dead, 1 Injured

On December 2, around 19:30, in the 8th kilometer of the Spitak-Yerevan road, near the village of Jroashen in the Lori province, an unknown vehicle's driver struck two pedestrians and fled the scene. A 50-year-old woman, Karine Gogoryan, died on the spot, while another 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital with bodily injuries.

Measures are being taken to identify and locate the driver responsible for the accident. An investigation is underway.
