Man with Gunshot Wound Transported to Hospital from Park Opposite Echmiadzin Municipality

An extraordinary incident occurred in the Armavir region on December 1, with materials being prepared by the investigator's department of the Armavir Regional Investigative Committee in Vagarshapat, as reported by shamshyan.com.

At around 21:00, a call was received by the Vagarshapat Police Department stating that an injured citizen was present in the park opposite the Echmiadzin Municipality. Before the police arrived, the injured citizen was transported to the ‘Vagarshapat’ Medical Center with a gunshot wound.

Police and investigators later identified the injured individual as 60-year-old Atom Garibyan, a resident of one of the villages in the Armavir region. A firearm of unknown type was also found at the scene.
