Russian Peacekeepers Have Already Lowered the Flag of Artsakh from the Berdzor Municipality Building, Says Gharibyan

Journalist Arman Gharibyan writes on his Facebook page: The head of the Kashatagh administration, Davit Davtyan, stated that the administration has provided a list of 200 individuals to the Russian peacekeepers to issue passes for the personnel of Berdzor's municipal services (waste collection, water supply, sanitation, etc.) for their presence in Berdzor. The main population is required to leave by today at 18:00.

According to Davtyan, Russian peacekeepers have already lowered the flag of Artsakh flying over the Berdzor municipality building, while the flag over the administration building remains in place.

In the comments section of the publication, Gharibyan wrote that he personally spoke with administration head Davit Davtyan. "Yesterday evening, they said that those three communities would remain, and this morning they said they must leave by 18:00," added the journalist.
