Charges Filed Against Sharmazanyan

Eduard Sharmazanyan has been charged. The former Vice President of the National Assembly and spokesperson for the Republican Party of Armenia, Eduard Sharmazanyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“I was summoned again to the Special Investigative Service. I have been charged under Article 225.1, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. I stated that I do not accept the charges brought against me and refused to give testimony.”
